I went back for my yearly test and the cholesterol was up again, but I had gotten sloppy with taken the supplements, so I won't skip them anymore.
Back to policasonol and enough niacin, I was only using about 200 mg a day.
To refresh my memory went back to the Iodine forum and reread niacin under the FAQ, they are my favorites and had suggested to them to put them in the FAQ. This time I also read the side clicks.
