Before going off the deep financial end, you can get started with a retail enema bag and regular drinking coffee. Brew as to drink, allow to cool or use ice cubes to bring down the temperature. Put about a quart of coffee in the enema bag - it should be about 102 to 107 degrees F - and take slowly while massaging your abdomen from just above the pubic bone to the left and to just under the ribs. Retain between ten to twenty minutes.

I do a coffee retention enema every week and I use a rubber open top enema bag hung from an IV pole, a latex double balloon retention tube protected by a condom and Wilson's therapy blend coffee. That's about as an expensive a setup as you can get.
