tsetsi's Alternative to Liver Flush, egg yolk flush

I've done over 30 traditional dr clarks LF's so far and out of those 30+ flushes
6 or 7 flushes were unsuccessful (little or no stones)

I've just done 2 tsetsi's LF's using her new method posted on

using 3 organic egg yolks, 4 limes, and 4 TBS of Olive Oil, but instead of 3 eggs I used 4. it actually taste good, very very sour but 100 time better tolerable than OO (Olive-Oil) mix

And I actually feel pretty good after doing the first one, I wouldnt say its better than the traditional way of Liver-Flush but its definatly worth it. Iam on my 3rd one today and will be doing it for one or 2 weeks and see how it goes but so far so good

I do feel alot better more energized and yes my tongue is more whiter just from the first tsetsi's flush, I didnt do the enema tho, even tho I have the kit
Iam not a fan of enema Ive done maybe 10 enema during my first traditional LF's
but its really not for me. I'd rather take Epsom Salt ( in a pill form ) LOL

I did read about how Telman and Hanna reacted to tsetsi's LF's but I think she is legit and not a spamer, I do have alot of respect for Telman and Hanna since they both been a great help to me on my firt few traditional LF's and I really want to thank them both for it

but tsetsi's flush is very gentle where you can do them twice a day, once in the morning and night, thats how I been doing

from now on I will be doing both LF's, traditional dr clarks flush and tsetsi's flush, I didnt have any bowel movement after doing 2 tsetsi flushes so I cant really say anything about passing worms or stones yet but I will certainly post the results.

in the mean time I would recommend for those people whose tired of take Epsom Salt and OO (Olive-Oil) mix to do her flush, its definately a PLUS
