Cleansing and P&B

Hello,
I didnt feel really all that great when I was doing the Lemonade cleanse.
I only did this for 4 days but I would like to know how the P&B works.
I have a ton of mercury fillings in my mouth. I wish I didnt. I do not want to add to my health problems I am feeling good finally so do you think I should give it a try or not?

After my Liver Flush I had a rash break out on my face on the right side the most I also had this happen before when I was rubbing Wormwood oil,frankensence oil and oil on the bottoms of my feet at night. I wonder if it was the mercury causing it?
