Censorship: Whoever Cries the loudest?????
Out of curiousity and in the spirit of nonaggravation to all people who delete other people's writings, what is the criteria?
There are frequent episodes of name calling, swearing, misogyny, mistatement of truth, and so on, on this forum, so I was wondering why it is that once in a while, the greater power stops by and deletes things, including relevant things, which are usually left alone.
I understand the basic guidelines for posters, but is that certain people, who perhaps might be rather thin-skinned or unused to having to prove their assertions, request that certain messages be censored? Is that what is required? A complaint by the "victim?"
For example, there were several messages which contained questions and statements about a certain person's spouse, but only after that person tried to make a big deal about it, as though others should be, what, jealous or envious or sorta grossed out? I don't really know, but why would people responding to someone else's personal sharing be deleted?
I am puzzled. I was wondering if anyone else was.
