Re: hey Zabavadad--aerobic vs anerobic??? how wrong!!

You are so mistaken, Zabavadad. Nobody is upset when someone gets better, and that isn't at all what this debate is about. It's about the protocol, the strength, and the potential for long term effects that might prove to be serious. This hasn't been tested for human consumption, the mechanism that makes it supposedly work isn't even understood. There are theories out there, but that's exactly what they are, theories. Jim Humble doesn't understand the body, or how it works, it's all guesses with him, but he states it like it's fact. What happens to your thyroid in the long run. That might be an important thing to consider, as the thyroid is kind of important to have around. Does it effect you adrenals? Your spleen? What can happen a few years down the road. These are valid concerns, and putting all hostilities aside, please consider that. That's why Tom suggests taking breaks to allow your body to rest, to recover nutrients lost. In all of this, his is the voice of reason, and I really think that people would be wise to listen to him. You get your back up when Bruce gives information, but the man knows what he's talking about, he works with the stuff all of the time. So for safety sake, and putting pride aside, listen to what they have to say, and balance it with what you are doing. I don't wish any harm to come to you. If it helped you, I'm glad, but at the same time have a concern for your long term health.
