Astigmatism is a physical problem where the refractive lens of the eye is misshapen.  Usually the condition is treated with astigmatic lenses or corrective surgery, including lasix (not a surgery I would recommend).

I know of no natural or alternative remedies for the condition, though yoga is said to help as are certain eye exercises.  Here are a couple of links that may help:
