Interesting thread. Welcome to the Forum.

Hang in there and keep fighting. It will be interesting to see what they have to say about the long "fiber". Sheesh! By any chance, is the new classification for "unidentified objects" a fiber now? Does that mean you swallowed a shoestring or a whole wheat stock? LOL!

In regard to the emailing with using the internal system it is a bit tricky. That message will keep coming up. To avoid it, you need to hit on "contact" again and it will give you a new email/thread to start. It's not a brilliant system but it works.
