I believe they also lost all but one of their Customer Service people at graduation time.
Last I heard they were interviewing new folks.
Personally, I think it's great that students would hire on to a herbal company. Just think of the delicious scents of the place! Couldn't help but register as clean and parasite-free...maybe forever.
They would never forget.

We ran into one mess that took a lot of time to resolve. Turns out that it was the postal sorting system at fault...plus that we moved, and mail was not forwarded by the new tenant.
