I'm 76 and a Type II diabetic controlling it with diet alone.
Have been taking Lycopene for about a month and it has helped: control urination
frequency; some increase in erection ability; and significantly greater/more
extensive orgasm experience. I recommend it to anyone. I was on a BP
med, Lisinopril for a few months, and it had the opposite effect: increased urination
frequency; loss of erectile control; diminished libido; nagging cough; and sore
muscles. Quit taking that about 6 months ago and all those areas
improved. So, any BP meds could cause some of those problems. I'm
border line high BP so now take nothing. I'm a great garlic promoter and
addict, but unfortunately have not found it to improve either my BP or blood
flow, though it does control colds and flu. I take about 1/4 teaspoon of
180,000 heat unit red pepper and in spite of the success of others in improving
their blood flow, it does nothing for me. I take it on my eggs in the
morning because I love it.
