the only way black seed cures cancer is in extremely high does. This can only be accomplised by taking them in caps. You have to get the original seeds and grind and put them in vegetable caps yourself.
The trick is to believe in the cure. If you are doubtful the cure is effective then it will not be effective. Pancreatic cancer is one of the worst so time is of the essence.
