Demoted Doctor for telling truth

did anyone post this? i was searching to see if a doctor could be demoted from chief to resident cause it seems that the crazy doctor that attacked me is no longer chief but resident again. i wonder how that happened if it had nothing to do with me, i wa just told my case was closed.
