Yogurt/probiotics

I have been taking yogurt as a precaution in case mms or rather chlorine dioxide kills some good bacteria. I am wondering if anyone is not doing this yet getting no symptoms similar to Antibiotic use ie digestive problems. obviously most people are getting diarrhea but I mean other persistent problems. Tom(Silverfox) has demonstrated that addition of activated mms in yogurt preparation indicates that the bacteria are affected or destroyed. There seem to be two possibities either thay are prevented from replicating or they are destroyed. My assumption has always been that they are destroyed but insufficient mms/ClO2 gets thrugh the GI tract to kill significant numbers, therefore I think it is wise to use yoghurt or other product to replenish the stomach and upper bowel
