Re: one week progress report

Hi there. Congrats on your success. I am envious! I'm on day 9 of the Master-Cleanse and am going this afternoon for a colonic, as my bowels don't seem to be moving. I had 1 P&B shake on day 6 and one on day 7 - NOTHING is moving! It is encouraging to hear that you finally went after a week of shakes. Are you also doing the MC? How many shakes were/are you taking each day? How did you work up to the current # of shakes each day?
