Probiotics are okay for a quick band aid fix BUT it always best to have your digestion stimulate its own production of healthy bacteria....how? by cleansing the liver. I do not mean liver flushes. Liver Flushes believe it or not arent truly the way to go of course everyone is titled to there own opinion. Liver Flushes put too much stress on the other organs AND excretes good minerals, electroltyes and good bacteria which could be the reason why your body is so tired afterward. Detoxing the liver which is best done slowly at a good pace and sooner or later your liver WILL get better....cleaner!
