We Need to Interest the Public in Natural Foods & Remedies. Here's an Idea.
I want to encourage people to host natural food potlucks and invite friends, neighbors, relatives and others to bring a natural food dish. That would be a food that isn't processed and has no white flour, sugar, corn syrup, soy, or unnatural additives.
I'm offering to hire someone part-time to host weekly potlucks along with a natural food bakesale afterward. Any funds raised would help microfinance lower-income people who want to start a natural health-related business, including serving, preparing, or growing natural foods or remedies.
I thought the potlucks should last about 2 hours and include discussion of natural food and health issues etc. The dishes at the potluck could be rated for nutritional value, taste, convenience and economy.
Free health-related stuff could be given away at the potlucks and bakesales, such as kefir starter, seeds, garden and field produce, recipes etc.
Shall we make this a movement?
