I concur with Fontys post in reply to your own.
The genuine return of hunger is much like a genuine desire for water or liquid caused by thirst which persists and just does not go away: hour to hour and day to day.
It is a desire that is unmistakable: if your body needs sleep you will sleep, if you need rest, you will rest, if you have a genuine desire for food you will eat.
Hunger is normally felt in the throat and not in the stomach or abdominal area, as commonly believed.
