I've found it killed flukes, not fed them. a while back I was juicing about 8 cloves, and putting it in food. I'd see dead flukes the next day. unfortunately, like many antiparasiticals I've tried, it doesn't take them long to figure out how to avoid that which harms them, so I'd only kill a few at a time. but they seemed to really not like it, I can feel them run from it as well.
