I second the magnesiums intake. I have also used the magnesium oil (I bought the type that had lawang oil in it for additional pain management), and it definitely helps with the pain issues. I too had the heart palatalizations and they scared me half to death. Once I started taking magnesium internally (I started using the Calm magnesium, but have since started taking capsules) it all went away, it also helped me to get rid of my anxiety. I haven't read anything on this, but if you take too much magnesium it really clears out the old colon and I started feeling extremely better after this had happened several times. Like I said I haven't researched this but I'm starting to believe magnesium really helped to purge the body of excess toxins or helps to relieve the liver of it's burden or something because the difference I felt after using magnesium. I had more energy, just generally felt happier, my aching elbow stopped hurting and I just didn't feel as crappy after using it. I hope you get feeling better once your magnesium arrives.
