I know binge-eating is supposed to be an emotional disorder, but for me it was a physical thing. I am a Sugar addict. If I eat a little bit of sugar, try to eat chocolate "in moderation" or whatever, I just HAVE to have more and more until it turns into a full-blown binge. How many people binge on pure protein or fat? Not many, I bet. Sugar and STARCH are the addictive foods - for me at least. Just had to add my two cents...
