Re: Results of 9th Liver cleanse after doing 2-3 weeks of castor oil packs

My husband and I just did a Liver Flush I do a short verison, and I have done about 20 or more but none for a long time. So this morning I got up and drank a cup of apple juice and 1 TBS of epsom, yesterday I took 15 pectin pills and apple juice. That is all the prep I did.After running to the BR for an hour I squeezed 1 grapefruit and 1/2 cup O Oil and drank it then I lay down abit on the right side. After an hour I drank 1 TBS epsom with water, and nothing happened, so I ate a frozen dinner. And then OH MY GOD what came out I have never had, one was 1 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch round. Any other time I got balls but this time it looked like long really green tiny cigars or ropes. I am amazed at this, I already feel better. I saved them on a paper plate and will freeze them just to show people for the shock factor hehehe. I hate when people don't believe you about the stones. My first time was 2 cups of gold gallstones, now they are always green. This short way is very effective, sometimes nothing but mostly I get some every time. Just thought I would share a easier way..
