May have mercury poising-please help!

Hi guys! I am new here and I can't even tell you how happy I was to stuble on to this place! No words can describe. Okay here's the deal. I have a metal crown that needs to be replaced with porcelian asap. It is 18 yrs. old I know OMG! I was bulimic for 15 yrs and only cared about my teeth "appearing" beautiful on the outside. If you saw me smile, you'd more than likely say I have great teeth (braces in jr, high and I have hten whitened professionally at my dentisits.) BUT the inside of my mouth is disgusting! I have 5 cavities and am nearing root canal territory. This past yr. I finally got up the nerve to go back to a dentist and tell them the truth about my recovery from bulimia. Anyway, I have battled migraines, daily headaches and what I thought were sinus infections. The crowned infected tooth is upper left side. Also, I was a month a way-literally to commiting to under eye lid sugery-cosmetic, due to puffy eyes. After finding out that my ethmoid sinus cavity is infected-and I am guessing has been for yrs. now (exactly the same time I started having the puffy eye issue-the left eye is always worse, I pulled out of the surgery. So, after having said all of that. My question to you all is...

Does it sound as if my headaches and sinus infections are related to the metal (I have four silver fillings not including the silver crown)?
Does it sound as if my puffy eyes are a symptom of the infected ethmoid?
And what do I do??????????????
I don't have private dental right now, just changed jobs. My dentist started me on penicillin. And I have started Bentonite or P&B shakes yesterday.
