use zapper without herbs? mom with advanced cancer! please help!

hi there:
my mom has stage 4 Breast Cancer that has gone to the lungs. even though her tumors are not that big yet, she can't breathe very well for some reason. she is on heavy medication right now and so she feels it wouldn't be safe to use the herbs. but she agreed to zapping every day. i am really afraid maybe that was not the best idea, as she has no air left even to wash her hair! i am beyond distressed. anyone have any ideas whether it is unsafe to zap if you have never taken the herbs and you are a cancer patient? :(( please someone help!! god bless!
