question about progesterone Cream

I am 45 years old and my gyn has had me on natural progesterone cream for over a year now with great results. Last month I developed a benign cyst in my breast that gradually shrank. This month I have extremely sore nipples. My doc to me to continue the cream because progesterone will help with the cyst, but after reading a little many have suggested that breaks need to be taken with the progesterone. Could I be having side effects from the progesterone or is the estrogen dominance? Tweet
