Very complex state with Hyperthyroidism

Hello,

I am trying to break through this complex state with following diagnoses and symptoms

Starting state for few years:
1. diagnosed avtoimmnuity : Ankylosing Spondylitis
2. diagnosed problem with Hyperthyroidism
3. mirena because primarily recommended because of headaches and hormone imbalance

Recently ( winter 2007/2008 ) change lifestyle:
- switch to vegetarian food 50% to 60% raw green food and morning green juices
- in march 7 days fasting with whole day green vegetable juices
- after 7 day fast appearance of very strong night sweating
regularly every night ( very unpleasant situation because of
problems in sleeping )
- recently ( few days ) received blood test with following statements
- very high serum iron ( before always very low serum iron )
- very low ferritin
- hemoglobin and red blood cells count under the limit but very close



I apreciate any hint, article or references to books I should check or ideas
where to start to find the root of the problem.
