bit of advice needed

Hi everyone , Ive been lurking for a while , and thought I would post a question ,

im on day 8 of my Water Fast , and its going better than i thought actually ,

Ive lost nearly a stone in weight (about 14 pounds ) and feel great , I do have a few questions though , I know during a Water Fast you have to rest as much as possible as youll feel weak ect , however I have literally been sleeping for like 18 -19 hours a day is this normal ????/

the other thing is aswell , I find that certain areas on my body have become quite tender , IE. my butt cheeks LMAO feels like its been bruised but there are no bruises , I think it may be down to sleping so much coz i sleeping so much on my back , but i cant be sure

So because of the tenderness i started sleeping on other side of my body IE. left right front , but they have become tender to IM KINDA RUNNING OUT OF AREAS TO SLEEP ON HERE LOL... and i get lotsa cramps in my legs tooo , has any one else experienced this aswell?

Other than that I have to say I feel great doing the fast , my mind seems alot clearer my skin has just started breaking out , but not too bad , and BONUS***** my dark circles are nolonger dark more like a light barely there brown

I have also decided when im done with teh Water Fast ( im doing 20 days ) Im gna juice fast for 20 (or so )days , then im going completly raw

But seriously KUDOS TO THE FAST I couldnt be happier :)

ps any help or advise would be mch appreciated folks

XX ZOE
