i think it somewhat appropriate too. while some of the references can only be understood by those that have visited the debate forum, the overall statement is valid. for those not accustomed to a debate forum it is a good forwarning of what is included in it. like i mentioned, i have not seen a debate forum with so much frothing anger. the more i read, while trying to get some useful information, made me madder and madder. it was like trying not to look at a car wreck.

if nothing else, zab's post includes his benifits from mms and warns others not to post there.

if you do post there, watch out for retaliation.

i can't think of a better place to post such a caution than here.
