thanks for your ideas. Yes, thats a good idea to take them seperately. Theoretically, the supplement is a good combo - from biocare. Hydroxycobalamin b12, p5p for b6 and others i dont know the best forms. I try to take b12 sublingual methylcobalymin 1000mcg atleast once a day with betain supplements, so thats ok.
Thats outrageous about cyanocobalamin supplements having cyanide in them. Still, I used to chew on apple seeds and that has cyanide in them too. I gave up eating the whole apple when i learned about it. Also bitter almonds have them and i've often bitten into a bitter tasting one. I probably have consumed more than the average person. I wonder what chelates cyanide.
