I always try to make sure I can tell the difference between my true hunger and my cravings and this was definitely true hunger. Kind of sucked last night. It's just that, in all my research, I've always read that when "true hunger" comes back, you have to stop the fast, because your body is telling you it really needs the nutrients now, so I was worried I'd have to end it early even though it's been such a short time (My goal is 20-30 days). I'm on day 5 now, though, and I still have waves of hunger, although mild, so hopefully I can last awhile longer.
Also, this fast has been really strange and different for me compared to all my others. I have not had a single health crisis yet. I've felt good and lively through my 4 days, and there's just a subtle weakness today when I rise from a laying down position. Cool!
