best herbs for sexual health?

not talking about an aphrodisiac but something to take as a supplement to keep things
healthy lol. Taking a product called cobra right now and it works great though it kinda feels like the effects are starting to go away and I don't want to take more of it in fear of side effects.I tried a few other products before but Cobra works the best.

Stamina RX gave me horrible spacey headaches and made me really hot and sweaty but not so much horny lol.It also made me feel like I was crashing from low blood Sugar after taking it.Not sure pure yohimbe is something I want to mess around with either because of all the weird side effects I have read.Horny goat weed ain't so horny and enzyte might as well be called Endzyte because it don't do shiet for deh wank.There was a product called natural sex but I can no longer find it.

I don't have a problem with getting aroused at all but it seems like I will get tired
in about 15 minutes of hard lovin' and have to slow down or have foreplay for about 4-5 minutes to rest,then go at it again,then rest for a little more with more foreplay or going down on her.I also loose my hardness after becoming tired,it's not a spaghetti noodle or anything but it's not a steel pipe either.More like a kielbasa?


I quit smoking,cut back on drinking,excersizing more and cutting out sugars and simple carbs to keep my blood Sugar stable.Any special foods to help me out as well
as herbal supplements??
