Humble for it either. nonetheless the expected nausea or worsening diarrhea hasnt happened and I'm a lttle surprised I have had no adverse or worsened symptoms yet I'm only on one dose a day though and I take yoghurt and vitamins in the morning

Im not sure how I could prove it maybe I could get hold of a copy of my medical records but the problem is they wont accept a cure for UC even if youve been in a bad way for years and then symptom free for years they will still say you aren't cured so you can't win. But if I feel I am cured I could get a colonoscopy, though these carry risks and I'd rather leave it along time before considering this.
I will just say Ive not been symptom free for 5 years and nearly 2 of these were very bad so to be entirely symptom free for over a month would be a miracle to me

Bruce is asleep down under thats why he's quiet so you can say anything you like about him and delete it before he's awake and he'll never know :o)
