Whats the best rife machine out there, thats closest to dr rifes original?

Having a look into rife machines, it's all a bit of a daze, plenty of people claiming their's are the best and closest, yet i read nobody actually built one from the original specs, so how can we know whats actually going to work or not work as a rife machine was originally designed to do?

So if anyone has information on a rife machine that is on the ball when it comes to what it's supposed to do, and reflects Dr rifes original rife machine, do tell thanks :>
