A Place I ordered Lugols from.

Someone had posted over a month ago about The Center for Holistic Medicine Website that had Lugols for $12.00 a Bottle, well needless to say I ordered two bottles May 14, just got my credit card statement today and they charged an additional $197.50. I have no idea why but wont know till Monday when I call them and ask whats up, It shoulda just been the $29.00 but it was the $29.00 plus the $197.50. What kind of rip off is it to charge an extra charge like that?
