Re: sinus pressure

Hi Everyone,

I tried the neti pot with Sea Salt . It helped somewhat but there is still a lot of sinus pressure. I do think that perhaps its a detox. The only difference like I said before was I was taking 50mg of Iodoral with vit c. Now, I take it separate from the vit c and maybe that is an extra punch that causes more detox.( Plus, at the same time, my face broke out.) Crazy. Its got to get better from here.
