Anyone with Prostate Problems READ THIS!

Go to Google and look up "Johanna Budwig" you will find a lot of info about her work with Flaxseed oil/cottagecheese and prostate problems. The best overall information I found about her was at

I HAD severe prostate problems until I started with the flaxseed oil and cottage cheese...a tip..if you start it..you should use a blender, it makes the oil more soluble and easier for your body to absorb. (and improves the flavor)

I also use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (www.way2escape.com) but it is seemingly controversial but I have had wonderful results.
