hi new to this forum am looking for easy-cheap way to ionize water

I noticed when after rain the plants do so much better..they grow more quickly and look stronger..when I water with tap water..no such effect., plus the tap water would have chlorine which would not be good.

I am thinking that it must be good for humans to drink Ionized Water ..hence my trip here..

any cheap easy and effective ways to ionize water would be appreciated
