Re: Food Cravings - MSG - Iodine

I have since revised my thinking.
I do not believe now that Iodine binds to glutamate.
I wrote this 14 months ago. Now after these months of Iodine supplementation I am far less sensitive to Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) than I was at the time. So there seems to be a link between Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and Iodine but I do not know how this happens.
I do get sick if I take MSG, but it takes about 3 days of Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) in my food for me to feel the effects and they last oly two-three days instead of a minimum of 6.
So there IS hope, but I do not understand why!
