What's the best water for you?

Just purchased a water distiller and for registering and filling out a questionaire they sent me a book by Steve (the Sproutman) Meyerowitz entitled "Water the Ultimate Cure" The introduction was written by F. Batmangheldidi, M.D. of WaterCure.com

This book answered a lot of questions about water sources and various water systems and what they will and won't do.
