A couple of months ago, I noticed that my heart rate was 110 bpm. ( my BP is still normal). I mentioned it to my doc and he said, not to worry. Well, I hurt my back and a chiropractor was working on my back. I also actively do inversion therapy/ yoga. And WOW my heart rate is now 70 bpm. So exercise and stretching brought my heart rate down.
I dont like intense exercises like running/ biking etc. Just slow exercises and inversion....
