There are lots of options here regarding detox, and lots of people better advised than me. I'll say one thing though, not eating isn't a fast, it's a starve. You could try the lemonade fast of a juice fast:-)

It can seem a bit daunting at first, so much information on this site! I suggest you start at the home page and just take it slow, digest as much info as possible and realise great health is your birth right and is more than possible:-)
