Hi guys,
I know this may sound stupid, but I've just got a delivery of unrefined mineral salt and I intend to start the water/salt cure today. I'm about 140lb so I'll be drinking 70oz of water. My question is regarding how much salt, what is a quart? it's not a standard measure I recognise. Is it a quarter pint? Please help:-)
