I saw the following choices of oil at a Whole Foods store:
1. Hain 100% Expeller pressed sunflower oil - Vitamin E added to enhance freshness; best for general cooking; its neutral flavor makes it excellent for light sauteing, sauces and salads; use this oil over medium heat. (It doesn't say if it's refined or not.)
2. Hain 100% Expeller pressed sunflower oil - Refined, for high heat cooking.
Will any of these choices be fine for oil pulling? I thought #3 might be best but it's expensive so I bought #1. Is #1 OK? Does the oil have to be organic?
