Re: Water & weightloss.... &.. This forum seems inactive?
Weight loss is one of the natural results of good health. Good health is very important to a lot of people, and even a matter of life and death to some. My cousin died of cancer a year and a half ago, if I knew about this site then, He wouldn't have. Weight loss is, of course, a very wise objective, but probably not everyone's priority for visiting this website. If you are in such good health that you can afford to only worry about weight loss, consider yourself blessed. Be patient with us, we envy you. DO NOT lose too much weight. I repeat...DO NOT lose TOO MUCH weight, unintentionally or otherwise(you know what I mean).
Get healthy, stay healthy, and help a young person look forward to dying of old age. Drinking the full amount of water every day is the best, easiest and healthiest way to lose weight, half your body weight in
ounces per day (200 pounds...100 ounces). Water helps your body function properly, feeds every cell in your body, cleans every cell in your body, and gets rid of the junk that has been stuck inside of you (undigested food)keeping you from absorbing all of the nutrition you eat( a lot of it, not ALL, look at
kidney stone flush, etc.). But don't get OBSESSED with weight loss, weight loss is not HAPPINESS.
P.S. Many people brag about losing 70 pounds, that's nothing. Last year, I must have lost close to a ton, but because I wanted to stay healthy, I quickly gained it all back...at every meal. (Eat well, Digest well. That's the healthy way to lose weight).
Lose weight by gaining health.
