Re: Miss Cast! Oregano oil and Sinus Infections?

I think Trapper was cautioning that oregano oil is so strong, it can hurt your healthy tissue if you overdo. The only problem I had was the oregano scent made me think of pizza and it's a big no-no for candida ;-)
