It's easy to feel like that if we let ourselves buy in the unfair stigma that seems to exist regarding herpes. I'm not sure why you feel guilty. I never felt guilty about having herpes. I didn't do anything wrong or immoral in acquiring it.

I'm glad you've got places to go to talk this over with people in the same situation. It helped me a LOT when I got active on the Internet and discovered that there were a whole bunch of people just like me dealing with herpes. It's good to know you're not alone.
