and that's on the big list, to build a still. See....we have a LOT of fruit trees. I don't like jelly, I don't like jam, I've never made a frickin pie in my life, I like it either FRESH or...fermented:)

ps....I WILL attempt a pie this summer. Our macintosh apple tree, the "laurelyn" tree(named in honor of our friend, who died a few years back, she LOVED pie), anyway, the Laurelyn tree is LOADED with apples.
