Humaworm end of day 16

For about the last 4 - 6 days I have had greater than normal soreness in my legs and my knees have been killing me (more so than the normal aches for those that know my history) to the point that it hurt terribly just to walk, taking a tear or two at times.

Tonight I had an elimination and I do NOT want to know what was in there (what appeared to be lots of flukes and other STRANGE stuff), but everything, and I mean everything feels a whole lot better. It does not hurt to walk tonight :-) I hope the ailing was die off symptoms and that my body is winning the war with invading parasites...

I do not get on scales, but my stomach is noticeably flatter and I feel less bloated than I have in many years as well.

Dang... I am off to the bathroom again... better out than in.
