hi can you help?

Hey i am 23 years old and a female i have had Acne since i was a teen and it calmed down for about a year and now it has started up again really bad but i only have it on my chin real bad no where else. I got married a year ago and have been on birth control and i think maybe my hormones are messed up! I am going to the derm. now and they gave me creams and antibotic i dont like taking medications. can anyone help?
