I agree with you about inflammatory statements.
However, we can only know what a person tells us. We cannot know their heart.
Obama claims to be a Christian, and he attends a weird type of "Christian" church, but as with many other politicians, we do not know what he truly believes or adheres to in his heart and mind, and we do know that in our CURRENT day, "Christian" is the politically acceptable religion for aspiring presidents. Professing atheists, cult members, and Muslims don't really get a good following.
Of course, I can not be the judge, but with his many strange and questionable religious exposures over his life, it really makes me question the validity of his claim to be a Christian.
Maybe he's a real Christian. Maybe he's developed his own pseudo-Christian beliefs. Maybe he's a closet Muslim. Will we ever know?
Moreover, how strongly do his religious beliefs direct his political actions?
One thing we do know: Mr. Obama has a very liberal voting record, and we should expect more of the same from him in the future.
