get all your records, sometimes the nurses can be mean when they find out you want all your record, but get them anyway nad get them again a month later. my records have been changed and played with and signed on the date i picked them up by doctors there were no longer working.

also i had 6 jobs last year, i don't feel like i can do my old job or any new job, i have applied for disability, i can't stand for more than a few minutes. my pain and swollen lymph nodes were ignored by my doctors and it has affected the way i walk.

i have a very long story with mirena side effects plus i was attacked by a stupid doctor.
